An Update...finally

Hello folks and fellow readers...if I have any left lol. The Team NORCA truck series is OVER..in the history books...LONG GONE! And yours truly...Smokey...IS THE CHAMP!!! w000000000t! The final segment wiener was Intimidator68...congrats bud. Intimidator takes home the cash, I take home the trophy :)

The TeamNORCA Busch Series Winter Edition is almost over, theres one more race to go. The final race tonight is at Coca Cola superspeedway. mrmilk and the droc are fighting it out for that championship. Im pretty much out of the running since I wasn't able to stay up and race for the Kentucky race.

TeamNORCA Speedweeks are approaching rapidly. We kick off all three series that week, CTS, BGN, and Cup. All at Daytona too...hehehe...and if anyone that knows me, knows me well, then they KNOW what my favorite track is.

TeamNORCA is also doing alot of testing with the rFactor racing simulation. milk and droc think its the best thing since sliced bread, but unfortunately the nascar rules have yet to be implemented into the game by ISI.
I myself downloaded the demo last night, and Im hoping that the regular game and the mods are ALOT better than the demo. The only drivable car, the ZR, felt too much like a Nascar Thunder 2003 car to me. The rear end sticks to the ground like glue while the front end bounces all over the place. Perhaps I'm too used to the NR2003 feel...Im hoping that when I get the game and the mods that it will improve greatly. As for performance...its ok. The graphics are nice, but I cant run them on HIGH without it being like a slideshow. Turning the shadows off and turning the textures down to medium solved the problem, and my machine can run it pretty well now.
